Marvin Humes Confirmed As The Voice UK Host

JLS star Marvin Humes has been officially confirmed as the new co-host of the UK version of The Voice.

News of his high-profile recruitment leaked yesterday, but now the BBC has issued an official statement from the singer-turned-presenter.

"I'm so excited to be a part of the new series of The Voice," he said. "I have always been a big fan of the show and love that musicians are given such a great opportunity to reach such a wide audience.

"I'm thrilled to be working alongside Emma and be part of a new team on The Voice. It's going to be even bigger and better with this new series. I can't wait to start."

He will be working alongside Emma Willis - whose appointment was announced at the weekend - and they will replace Reggie Yates and Holly Willoughby as the faces of the show.

Kylie Minogue will also be joining the talent show for its third run next year, working as a coach. This is going to be one exciting series
