Justin Timberlake was in the beautiful Rio de Janeiro for their annual Rock in Rio festival! He put on an incredible show performing tracks from the new album and his biggest hits to date during the over an hour and a half set reducing the audience to tears of excitement! Justin also did a few covers and mini mash-ups of tracks like Jay Z and Kanye’s ‘N***s in Paris’ and INXS ‘I Need You Tonight’.
The release of the ‘20/20 Experience‘ Part 2 is fast approaching on 30th September and here is how Justin described the two in a recent interview…
“If you could imagine you’re 16 and she’s everything you thought. She’s Marilyn Monroe and then you meet her older sister…hotter, older evil twin sister… Everything that’s dark and wrong about her at that age is why you become infatuated with her.
Beyonce was another headliner at the festival with her set which was a lot more visual. As she set the stage alight with some of our favourite Queen Bey classics' she worked her crowed and belted out them hits one by one!! Bey also gave the audience a massive thank you at the end as well as thanking her crew.
Other artists which that took part in this festival were Alicia Keys and Jessie J!
