Bruno Mars For Superbowl XLVIII Halftime Show


It has been confirmed that...
Bruno Mars is set to follow in the footsteps of Madonna and Beyoncé by performing at the Super Bowl XLVIII's halftime show.

The Treasure singer will take to the stage at the sporting event in February, the NFL confirmed on Sunday (September 8).



Taking to Twitter following the announcement, Mars stated: "WE'RE GOING TO THE SUPER BOWL!!!!!!! #PepsiSBHalftime."

He later thanked his fans, writing: "#Hooligans we did it!"

The likes of Michael Jackson, Black Eyed Peas and U2 have also performed at the prestigious game.

Super Bowl XLVIII will be held at the MetLife Stadium in New Jersey on February 2, 2014.
