Kanye West talks Kim and what it's like living in the Jenner household.

Kanye West has gushed over his girlfriend and baby-mumma Kim Kardashian during a new interview with her mother Kris Jenner.

Several teaser clips were released overnight ahead of the premiere of Kanye's Kris episode later today, with the rapper speaking lovingly of Kim and her family.

Kanye told Jenner: "Someone could say you know, 'When the paparazzi surround you, how could you... everyone knows you don't like paparazzi, but why would you, why would you be with this person?'

"And I'm saying I'm being with this person because, you know I love this person. And she's worth it to me."

The star added: "She's my joy, and she brought my new joy into the world."

Kim and Kanye are currently living with Jenner and her family, and the Monster rapper told the audience that he's adapted well to their chaotic household.

Kanye continued: "It's like noise at all times happening. I wasn't used to it, and now when I'm out, you know, I try to get home early, just to be around my family."

Kanye will debut the first photo of baby North West on the show today, with Kris Jenner telling the Today show: "She's a beautiful combination of the both of them. She is so adorable."
