Jessie J talks new single "it's my party"

Jessie J has confirmed details of her new single, as well as performing a preview of the track.

During her Google+ Hangout yesterday (July 31), Jessie announced that the follow-up to her hit single Wild will be called It's My Party.

The 25-year old then teased fans with an acoustic preview of the song, which was met by cheers.

The tune sees Jessie singing the lyrics: "I think it's time you realise /You're only wasting your time / Addicted to attention / You need an intervention.

"So now you walk to make you sick / Sitting around and talking sh*t / Don't you get tired of being alone? / Aw your only friend is your phone."

According to directlyrics.com, It's My Party has been produced by Calvin Harris - with the Scottish DJ previously tweeting that he 'loved' the track.

Jessie's second studio album is due for release late this year, while the Essex girl's tune Hero also features on the soundtrack for Kick-Ass 2. I have been waiting for a new track from the start and I cannot wait to hear it.
