The picture shows the pair in a posh restaurant yesterday evening, apparently celebrating the transmission of the first episode in the new series of Splash!

And Dustin used his Twitter account to share a snap of a cake made by one of Tom's fans which bore the message "I love Tom".
He wrote: "I concur. tomdaley1994 fans are the SWEETEST #forgetthediet"
The messages are the first public acknowledgment that the pair have made of their relationship since Tom revealed he was in a relationship with a man last month.
