The former N-Dubz star and newspaper columnist were shackled together at the beginning of last night's show, before Linda Nolan and Jim Davidson took pity on them and elected to free them.
However this is Big Brother so their freedom came at the expense of being automatically nominated for eviction as a couple (which Linda and Jim were unaware of).
Dappy and Liz will be joined by another couple in facing the public vote.
The other celeb "couples" in the house are Sam Faiers and Jasmine Waltz, Lee Ryan and Casey Batchelor, Ollie Locke and Lionel Blair and Luisa Zissman and Evander Holyfield.
