But The Sun newspaper reports that third-placed Luke Friend will be snubbed - despite having made it to the final weekend.
Tamera was reported to have been Simon Cowell's candidate, but a series of negative news stories and forgetting her lines saw her bow out of the competition earlier than expected.
A show insider said: "No final decisions have yet been taken on who aside from Sam Bailey will get deals. But Cowell and Sony have their eyes on Rough Copy and Nicholas who are likely to get snapped up next month.
"Despite growing through the show, it is looking unlikely Luke will get a deal within Sony, although he is sure to have interest from other companies.
"Other acts like Kingsland Road are sure to bag deals — but they'll have to wait three months until they can do so."
SiCo is reported to believe that trio Rough Copy - made up of Sterling Ramsey, Joey James and Kazeem Ajobe — can fill the gap in the market left by the break-up of JLS.
